need to enable load balance on ATD. We have enabled LB but lb not working as expected.

Need to enable load balance on ATD. We have enabled LB but lb not working as expected. We have enabled LB on DNS level. But still not not working as excepted . Please help us

Please can you elaborate when you say load balancing isn't working as expected?

If you send samples to the cluster virtual IP address or the FQDN for the virtual IP address what behaviour do you see?

We have enabled FQDN for the virtual IP address

Please can you open a service request through the portal so support can take a look at the issue?

When you open the SR please upload:

support bundles from all nodes of the cluster

Screen shot of the load balancing screen of the active node of the cluster

Screen shot of nslookup command (from your local computer) showing resolution of FQDN of cluster back to VIP IP and support can assist further
