Why ATD does not inspect and publish dropped files?

I´m testing ATD with all available samples i get, especially unusual file types. I did the following test

  1. Upload one malicious file with file type *.vbs to ATD. The file was packed as a *.7z file and was upacked by ATD.
The Result is a single detection of an malicious *.vbs file.
    Scan Result of Invoice_INV000886.vbs
  2. Analysis of the dropped files:
In the second step i uploaded the dropfiles.zip from the complete Scan Result to ATD.
Preperation: Generated an own Analyzer Profile where the password "virus" is used to unpack the *.zip file. Afterwards i uploaded the dropfiles.zip file from the ATD scan result.
    Scan Result of dropfiles.zip

Analysing the dropfiles content shows much much more malicious files.

Does anyone know why ATD does not inspect dropped PEs and neither publish this PEs to TIE?

Has anyone some information about this why McAfee has choosen this product design?

Cheers

Have you looked at the report, are there any dropped files in the report?
