We are runninig with 4.8.017 ATD model 3000 we are unable to export the analysis report.

Should you not be able to upgrade ATD for business reasons, or the issue persists once you have upgraded, please go ahead and open a service request. When you open the service request please include a support bundle from your ATD which you can create under Manage>Troubleshoot>Generate Support bundle.
Support will then reach out to you once they have analysed the logs
