My first suggestion would be to upgrade to ATD 4.8.2 which was released last week. This update contains many bug fixes for ATD 4.8.0.

Should you not be able to upgrade ATD for business reasons, or the issue persists once you have upgraded, please go ahead and open a service request. When you open the service request please include a support bundle from your ATD which you can create under Manage>Troubleshoot>Generate Support bundle.
Support will then reach out to you once they have analysed the logs
