A few things you can check

1) You're logged in as admin as they can see all reports

2) In the analysis reports page, there is a box as the top called "Show all results".  Tick that and see if the report appears.

3) Make sure you are using the latest version of ATD as there was an issue historically  with reports being displayed.

Please raise an ATD Service Request so we can do some troubleshooting on your ATD.

This probably is due to the fact that the the mapping for amas DB index is missing.
