Can you please raise an SR# with support and provide these information:
1 - Support Bundle from ATD UI > Manage > Troubleshoot > Create Support Bundle
2 - Screenshot of Pending samples in Analysis page
3 - Connect to CLI using cliadmin user and perform these 2 commands
a - show vmImage
b - vmlist
4 - Go to Policy and try to open the VM that scans the files and try to open it and send us its screenshot.
