License invalid after upgrading from 4.8.2 to 4.10

Hi Heroes,

As the title mentioned, anyone saw the issue before?

I tried to reboot the appliance same error.

Sometimes we do see this issue and in most circumstances the reboot will solve the issue.

Can you please send us the output of these commands from CLI:

- show

- status

- service status all

You should be able to check that attachment now... I saw the attachment was under scanning.

Generally It saying the amas service is down. I cant find #amas restart command on atd 4.10...

I was able to see the screenshot thank you.

If the license is invalid then you cannot run amas service

ATD stops accepting scanning samples while its licensing status is invalid, therefore amas service is stopped.
 
You need to send an email to mcafee licensing team so they can provide you with the new license.
So you send and email to: **personal information omitted**
you include these information as well:
1 - Account name
2 - ATD system ID
3 - Your Grant number
 
If it still not working please raise an SR with ATD support team so we can troubleshoot the issue.
