ATD, how to remove vmImages

Jump to solution

Hello,

In ATD 3.8.2 vmimages could not be deleted via CLI removevmimage. Assigning a zero license value in a VM profile prior to removing attempt generates a License count exceeded error.

Any hint to remove unused vmimages will be appreciated.

Your best bet would be to contact support.

If the command is not working as intended on your system then they need to know.

Even if they don't have an immediate reason as to why this isn't working for you, they will be able to remove the image from the device.

You can also remove the image from the web console!
You have to start the procedure of creating a new vm profile and when you are about to select the image, select the one you want to delete and click on the "delete" button. If I was a little clown I attach to the screen shoot
