Hi, I want to configure network ports on my ATD appliances, but I keep on getting an error "Setting admin status ....." I'm connected via SSH with the cliadmin account to the devices. I can't enable a port, set the ip or gateway.

Make sure that the cable is properly connected to management port.
Also, try to reboot the server and see if this resolves the issue?
I none of the above resolves the issue please share these info:
1 - The commands you typed
2 - output of show command
3 - If possible, a photo of management port in the back of the appliance?

Hi, please see attached. I logged in as cliadmin, and even after a reboot, I still get the same errors. I got a second device and it is doing the same on both devices.

Can you please tell me what is the ATD model you are trying to configure?
Also, can you share the port number, in the back of the ATD, you have connected the cable?

6200's, Management port is on eth0 and malware port on eth1
I managed to get it configured on eth2 without errors.
Have you managed to configure eth2 with the same cable and connected to the same switch?
If yes, then get LDT logs by following this article

Once you have the LDT logs raise a new case with McAfee Support and attach the LDT logs.
