ATD - IPS status down

hi, 

when integrating IPS & ATD the status of MATD on IPS is UP. 

after afew time the status on IPS is down. ATD still receives files form the IPS.

is there a way to fix this ?

HI OL,

Can you please communicate your ATD version?

There is a fix in ATD 4.12.2 - Fixes issues where IPS to ATD channel on port 8505 disconnects by itself, and does not recover until rebooting ATD.

Yes After upgrading out ATD to version 4.14.2 it is now working properly.
