Hello Team,
I am new to ATD and I am trying to update the detection package from the ATD Console.
When I am clicking on Install then I am getting the below error:
""Failed to Install Package. Please try Again""
Please do let me know If I am doing something wrong or is there any pre-requisite for the same ?
Is there any logs which I can check for the errors?
Please assist.

You can check in ATD Dashboard under System Health, but it doesn't give you a granular view of ATD partition.
Also, you can check the Syslog in ATD UI > Manage > Logs > Syslog.
If you don't find anything please raise an SR and share the support bundle.

You are doing it right, just click on install and that should work.

2) Log into ATD and navigate to Manage>IMage and Software>Content Update>Detection Pkg
3) Broswe to the file that you downloaded Under Manual Content Update
4) Click Upload and this should show you the new detection package in the screen below.
If error persits please open SR and attach support bundle

Refresh your browser. It shows that the current detection package is there ready for install.
You will have to log in again when you refresh, then go back to the page you are on and click on install

Your ATD may have systematic issues relating to https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB95203 which we need to verivy.
Please open SR and upload a support bundle so we can check the logs.

Please raise a service request with ATD support, i suspect that one of your ATD partition is full.
When you raise a service request please add Support Bundle (Logs) to the case.
To collect the support bundle please go to ATD UI > Manage > Troubleshooting > Collect Support Bundle.

Is it possible to check from ATD console whether the partition is full or not ?
What are the steps for checking the partition is full or not.
