Note zip files are not to be greater than 10Mb if they are post the link to a www.virustotal.com scan of the file(s) and we will escalate
It has been over a month that you reported your issue. Normally we have these resolved in (Days)? Could you kindly confirm if your issues is (Solved). If not we can only assume it is.
