I assume this a antitheft question best I move it to that forum. You can also call support and tell them you have a locked caused by antitheft program

From your Email am able to see that the Device Subscription got expired. It is best to reach out Mobile Support through Phone by following the below link. You can also opt for Chat Support which is also considered effective.
