No, I'm afraid not. As per the other DHCP question, there is no on-box DHCP server. The only DHCP functionality is to allow the external interface to acquire an IP address from an ISP router.

    No problem.

I don't work for McAfee, so I can't possibly say. However, I've worked with MFE (and all of it's previous incarnations) since version 5 in 2000/2001 and there's never been the suggestion that it will ever have it's own DHCP server function.

Without wishing to come across as sarcastic, I think the key lies in the use of "Enterprise" in the product's name. I suspect that the assumption is that even the smallest enterprise environment would already have it's own DHCP server. However, as some who works with other vendor's Firewalls in addition to McAfee's, on-box DHCP server functionality isn't necessarily limited to remote office/small business models. So I get your point.

Would this be of any use to you? - http://dhcpserver.sourceforge.net/

You can use something like Small HTTP server installed on a PC to give out DHCP addresses.  It doesn't have any 'controls' really for DHCP, but it wil give out addresses to DHCP clients if you need that.  I've used it for testing many times for DHCP questions.

A cheap Netgear/Dlink ADSL router could also act as a dhcp server.

Also has the plus that you can leave it on permanently and not worry to much about the power consumption when compared to a PC
