When u reinstall the best way is uninstall it via
Reboot and run
open your account and download it from there.
It is possible that as it was already registered there is a problem redoing it from the cd. Of course the ones to confirm this and fix this up are customer service

A thought was the software on this aptop before or is this being transferred from another PC? If so you would need to deactivate the licence on that PC. You do this via opening your account and select deactivate against the PC you had the licence on.
