I think this used to be part of one or more McAfee packages until about 18 months ago but was then unbundled (going by a few posted complaints from mid-2010) . It is now available as a stand-alone product for US customers only, and I don't know how many people out there have it (there haven't been many - or possibly any - posts in the past few months). Nevertheless, it's a Consumer product, so presumably it should have a sub-space (or at least a mention) somewhere on the Home & Home Office page.

We talked about this interally and ultimately decided against it due to resource constraints and privacy concerns. From what I can tell, there hasn't been any community activity around this product, but if we do start getting posts about it, we'll reconsider it.
We should have a section for it. It's a product we sell, and therefore should have a Forum face. I'd recommend we wrap it up with big red warnings, telling people not to post ANY PERSONAL INFO. There won't be much activity on this page, as it is largely a web service...but we can't justify just leaving it off. My .02
It also should be noted that it's a US-only product, requiring a U.S. address and SSN. It could go in this section along with Anti-Theft: https://community.mcafee.com/community/home/other_mcafee_consumer_products
I appreciate the request Tracy. This product is supported by Experian I believe and our support staff have no technical insight into the program. Also, just because we sell a product is not sufficient reason to create a subspace. We'll discuss internally.
