KB2506014 not installed here, so what was the 2nd MRT for I wonder? Did yours come in on Windows Update? I just tried to install the standalone from MSFT and it said 'not applicable to your system'
Edit: Forget the above...it did come in and was installed on 21 April here. Windows search is hopeless, never found it and I almost went cross-eyed looking for it, but found it eventually.
