I sympathize but actually if you'd read the small print when you subscribed, the auto-renewal would have been mentioned there. You can easily cancel it and they will reverse the charge if you wish'

I forgot to mention that you can also ensure that auto-renewal is turned off by going to your account page and look for "Auto-Renewal Settings" on the left side.
