It would be great if there was a way to allow Group Administrators, or use any other title that would fit better, the availability of department heads to pull the e-mail archive for their departments. Even if it was read only, this would cut back on the number of support-desk tickets that are received, especially after someone leaves the company. Using the Customer Admin or Archive Compliance roles offer access to all email archives, which is too much access for this role. I know that this is not the main goal of the archive system, but it would be of great help if this was possible.
