ProTip for ePO: ePO Logon Screen Hangs When Loading in Internet Explorer

    In some cases, users may encounter a situation where the ePO logon screen hangs when loading in Internet Explorer. This issue is caused by the “Enable Protected Mode” option in the Local intranet settings of IE. A workaround for this issue is to disable “Enabled Protected Mode” and add the ePO server to the list of local intranet sites in IE. For more information regarding this issue, please refer to KB85186.
