Intel Security SNS ProTip for SIEM: Troubleshooting when logs are not being sent to the ELM device

    After upgrading or restoring your Enterprise Log Manager (ELM), you may occasionally see that no new logs are being sent to the device. Additionally, when you view the device log and the messages file you see the following error: ELM & Device not at the same version refusing to send to the ELM.
