    When submitting virus samples, please use the instructions outlined in KB68030 ( Submission methods include compressing and password protecting the file, and then emailing it to or submitting the virus sample using the "Submit a Sample" link at


    Please do not email malware samples to the case or technicians.


    For tracking purposes, Intel Security advises that you follow up with Support on high severity samples and provide the analysis ID or service request number you receive after you have submitted your sample.
