Just import the utility into EPO.  Create a task to deploy the package to machines.  You just need to deploy this like you would a software package, but since it really doesnt install a piece of software, rather it runs some script to colect this information and writes the values to the mcafee regs keys you can run this over and over so it will keep the info up to date.  Now you can search for computers based on serial number, type of computer, or search on a users or groups name to see what computers they ahave admin rights on.

Create a task, if you want the utility to update the information on a regular basis select the option to run on every policy enforment.  For example assign the task to computers and the schedule is to run immediate.  Everytime the computer checks into the EPO server it will run the script and update.
