McAfee cannot guarantee that any products are available for testing at any given time, nor can they provide support for them through the normal Technical Support or Customer Service channels*.

Also note that customized installations are not an option when testing beta products. It's all or nothing at all - you have to install all components of a suite.

Testing beta products is entirely at your own risk and is not recommended on machines used for work or other important functions.
Always read the Beta EULA (Beta End User Licensing Agreement) and any release notes, terms and conditions, etc., before using beta (or any other) products.
Warning: Always uninstall any beta application before upgrading your system or applying a Service Pack otherwise the application may be locked into your system and the only solution then would be to format and reinstall your system.
**Any problems with the Consumer Beta product should be reported using the Bug Reporting procedure outlined under Support on the beta product home page (link under logo at top of this post) or in the private Total Protection Beta Forum (apply to join).
**There are various channels available for Enterprise Beta too but please check the download page and/or accompanying FAQ's for details, thank you.
Note that when opening an account on the beta downloads website we recommend you use a different email address from that used on any regular McAfee software account.
