When trying to install SpamKiller 4.0. I get the message "AUTORUN caused a general protection fault in module S3_4.DRV at 0001:000029be. I think I need to enable autorun, but can't find instructions that work. I have Windows 98. Please advise. Thanks.

Open the CD in 'My Computer' and choose setup.exe. That should begin the installation.

KellyM: I followed your suggestion, but I got the same message. I put the SpamKiller CD in the drive, opened the CD in "My Computer" , and never got to setup.exe. Got illegal operation message as soon as I clicked on "CD". Am I doing sometrhing wrong?
Try to install in "safe mode" as described in this document: How to Install from a CD in Safe Mode (http://www.mcafeehelp.com/displaydoc.asp?docid=60883&CategoryId=243).
Could you give us some information about your computer configuration. What version of Windows are you on? Any other McAfee products installed? How are you connected to the Internet?
